Contractors/Technicians: RMA’s must be completed at the distributor/supplier from which the ICM Controls unit(s) were purchased.

Distributor/Suppliers/RSMs (Regional Sales Managers): Please fill out the form below to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) for products purchased directly from ICM Controls. Once this form is submitted, ICM will contact you regarding the status of your RMA within two business days.

**Please note: Not all ICM customers qualify for Field Scrap RMA’s. To see if you qualify, contact your local ICM Rep or ICM Customer Service. Non-qualified submissions will be reassigned and required to follow the standard RMA process.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Warranty information: two years after ICM ship date, or one year after installation (whichever takes precedence).
  • Mark RMA # on package and on paperwork or package will be returned to sender.
  • 35% restocking fee for new/unused products after 30 days (requires ICM mgmt. approval)
  • Shipping to be paid by customer to return to ICM for failure analysis (reimbursed if found to be defective)
  • As in our literature and our T’s and C’s: “Items claimed to be defective and are determined by Seller to be non-defective are subject to $30.00 per hour inspection fee.” 
  • All material returned to ICM for evaluation must be packaged properly to prevent ESD (dissipative bubble wrap or Faraday bag) or physical damage to devices and components, or credit will not be given.
