ICM BOOTH MEETING – Reservations.

  1. Because of the limited space, the number of people that can participate in meetings held within the booth meeting room is 6 (including yourself).
  2. One representative can reserve the meeting time/space and invite the 5 other individuals you wish to attend.
  3. If you would like to schedule an offsite meeting for groups larger than 6 – please contact your ICM Sales Manger directly to arrange something.
  4. Meetings scheduled in the booth meeting room are based on availability. First come, first serve.
  5. You can schedule during normal show hours on Monday Feb. 6th, Tuesday Feb. 7th or Wednesday Feb. 8th.
